Happiness, for me, is expressed in helping others create beautiful lifestyles through real estate. What does this mean for my clients? As a Realtor® with over 25 years of experience and a Top Producer with Parks, I'm here to help make the buying and selling process efficient, smooth, and fun while producing remarkable results. Communication is vital to a successful experience and why I take time to truly listen and understand the unique needs of every client before guiding them with my proven systems.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and lifestyles are created personally. In addition to helping buyers and sellers live their dream, I have worked with the sales and marketing of new construction as an on-site expert for many of Middle Tennessee's finest custom home builders and developers. Helping over 500 families design and build their custom home lifestyle has been my privilege and joy. Specializing in the sale of luxury homes, I am honored as one of only 75 agents locally to earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation and am also a member of the Million Dollar Guild. These skills further add to the level of services I provide my clients.

Being a knowledgeable and active member of the community, I enjoy helping you find resources such as a doctor, hairdresser, new favorite restaurant, hiking spot, or dog park. This added service enhances the lifestyle my clients envision. I stay "in the know" regarding local events and area happenings, which I pass along to my clients in my monthly newsletter. Serving others with this mindset is probably why over 95% of my business comes from past client's referrals.

Originally from Michigan, I moved here in 1995, and am proud to call Middle Tennessee my home. After graduating from Western Michigan University, earning a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing and Communication, I was the Marketing Product Manager at Kirsch. My strong marketing skills, analytical ability, and passion for client satisfaction were a natural fit for my move into real estate.

My beautiful lifestyle allows me to enjoy spending quality time with family and friends as well as traveling to new places with my husband, Ron. I enjoy hiking, Zumba, gardening, great music, and cheering on my favorite teams – The Titans and Predators. You will often find me having fun at local events such as Main Street Festival, Taste of Nashville, and Wine Down Main Street or giving back to our community through St. Philip Catholic Church, Habitat for Humanity, and One Generation. I also serve as an Ambassador for the Make A Wish Foundation and donate a portion of every real estate transaction to help support Make A Wish in the name of my clients.
